Attachment-Savvy, Peaceful Sleep Solutions for Real Families

Parenthood is full of so many surprises, and we all have no idea how much we don't know until we're in it. When expecting a baby we are told about how to diaper, bathe, and feed a baby, so we help a baby eat and stay warm and dry .We also need to help them sleep and not enough people are talking about HOW to do that!

We can all agree there is no shortage of advice and judgment about infant and baby [and toddler] sleep. Unfortunately, much of the 'wisdom' we are handed does not offer practical strategies to accomplish the goal of improved sleep. Often the instructions or advice we are given contradicts our natural instincts- why would anyone else know your baby better than you do?!

Suggestions or judgments often shames parents into thinking they are failing or somehow "spoiled" their baby, which is untrue and impossible, you cannot spoil a baby. Sleep is a biological function, like digestion, you cannot force a baby to sleep any more than you can force your partner to sleep. You CAN, however, help a baby improve their sleep, while meeting their attachment needs, and in turn helping everyone in the family get more rest. I'm here to help you learn how!
