real Solutions for Bedtime, Sweet Dreams for Everyone.
There is no shortage of advice, 'wisdom', judgment, and even shame around parents and their sleep routines. Sleep is like any other skill, it must be learned, and as parents we must teach our children. It's probably been a long time since you yourself needed to learn to sleep, so teaching it to your children may feel complicated. If "cry it out" methods aren't in line with your parenting goals, or it doesn't feel like a good fit for you, there are other answers... Attachment-Savvy Sleep Support! Together we can problem-solve together to meet your child's personality and bedtime needs, in line with your family's sleep goals, and in a matter of a few weeks everyone can sleep better!
What happens when i work with a sleep educator?
After reviewing the detailed history form that you will be invited to complete, we will dive deep into your family's goals, current obstacles to peaceful sleep, we will collaborate to create a plan supportive of your parenting goals, keeping in mind your child's developmental stage, your unique family circumstances, your home layout and others' sleep needs in your home. When everyone is comfortable with the plan, I will support you in getting started with follow ups over the first four weeks to support you in maintaining progress.
